LADIDA
Gothenburg based band LaDiDa (formerly known as The Cat Killers) brings you Dadaist Alice in Wonderland punk: energy driven, bizarre and theatrical.
The band is best known for its live performances where their stage energy and music is combined with live choreographed video projections to deliver a highly entertaining and thoroughly visual show. In addition, the band’s instrumental arsenal goes far beyond the traditional guitar/bass/drums combo with saw, ukulele, melodica and stylophone all making an appearance, creating a unique sound which really comes into its essence delivered live.
In 2012, LaDiDa signed with MusikHelp and in January 2014, their debut album (recorded at Svenska Grammofonstudion with Hans Olsson) was released.
LaDiDa have played throughout Europe, including the Reeperbaun Festival in Hamburg, Dublin Castle in London and Wild at Heart in Berlin.
In Sweden the band have played at Way Out West, the Gothenburg Culture Festival, Live at Heart, Debaser, Pustervik, Trädgårn and the Stockholm Culture House.
